- Teaching Assistant, Confidential, Programming for Geographers (September 2009 to April 2011) – worked as an assistant to the professor of a class teaching programming in a geographic context, working with and giving help to students on lab assignments and occasionally assisting with lectures.
- Contracted Worker/Internship, Confidential October 2009 to April 2010) – worked creating digitized layers of coastal features of Caribbean Islands, as well as making a bathymetric model of St. Kitts and Nevis.
- Cartographic Assistant to Professor, Brigham Young University (March 2009 to August 2009) – aided in the production of maps using ArcGIS for a tourism book about Hawaii.
Some Skills
- Good knowledge of C# programming language; minor experience with VB scripting
- Some familiarity with creating Javascript, HTML and CSS files, including my own web site
- Some experience with ArcGIS Server and the ArcGIS Javascript API
- Familiar with multiple Windows based software packages, including Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Office products, SPSS, ArcGIS and ENVI; some experience with ArcGIS Server.
