Over the past 19 years of my Lilly Career I had the pleasure of delivering, developing and engaging various functions within Lilly. For example, I developed the medical training curriculum for both The Lilly Answers Center and a customized Leadership development the curriculum for US Medical. I combined expertise in online/e-learning strategies with sound fundamentals of effective learning design. I have extensive team leadership, project management, and teaching facilitation experience, as well as clinical experience as a practicing retail pharmacist dispensing drug and counseling patients on drug therapy and medication compliance, Additionally, I have delivered drug information sessions for medication adherence and disease state awareness to various community organizations.

Medical Information Tech Lead

Responsible for the full operational needs for North and South America Medical information associates, including but not limited to quality, training, leadership development, onboarding GMI and Vendors , vendor management, technology support, performance improvement, process improvement, SharePoint development, coaching and strategy.


Provided ongoing operations support to the US Medical Information associates. Built a strong onboarding, change management program and facilitated the organizational change and merging of the US and Global Medical Information functions.


Supported Medical Information Sciences to deliver various training solutions e.g.,US Medical Liaison Chronic Pain Training program, Director's Council training, and team building exercises and led delivery of the first US Medical leadership bootcamp .


Led a highly productive training team to deliver instructional design and performance consulting for the US Medical Function. Provided leadership and guidance to eight associates and led the team to deliver various training solutions. Successfully coached and championed an associate to level 56.


Structured the call center agent's medical curriculum. Facilitated various courses to prepare the agents. Created Lilly's first onsite call center. Trained over 135 associates via eight week intensive TLAC School.


Consulted in the development and training of the Sales Force Automation software. Managed the sales data vendor IMS relationship to stream line the sales results data process.
