- Project Summary: G6 is expanding its franchise opportunities into Mexico Canada. As a result, G6 needs to incorporate existing offline Accounting Systems into its current 12.1.3 US instance, with those changes to its financial system architecture reflecting the new business requirements for both Mexico Canada. Further, G6 required a resource that would be able to provide leadership and guidance in the areas of multi-currency accounting and reporting as previously it had no such experience.

- My duties have included the architecting of G6's new organizational structure in Oracle to include new MX CA LE's, Ledgers and OU's. This resulted in an approach paper deliverable detailing G6 requirements and their related new processes. In a DEV environment which is a copy of their PROD, I designed and configured their GL, AP, AR, and AGIS modules to accommodate G6 business requirements. After successful CRP's for each of their business tracks, I delivered CS30's for each module. Created Responsibility Matrix to include new MOAC, Ledger Sets, Data Access Sets for G6.

- I've worked with various executives and other G6 business resources throughout all levels of the company to ensure successful gathering of requirements and execution of those requirements in Oracle configurations. These duties included numerous presentations and prototyping sessions in Oracle.

- Additionally, I have designed the Revaluation, Consolidation Eliminations processes in Oracle R12 for G6's Mexico Canada entities along with various MassAllocations FSGs. I also designed and successfully tested their GL Conversion of historical data.

- Project Summary: General Motors as a result of re-organizations and the acquisitions of new corporate legal entities is installing a fresh R12 Oracle instance. This includes both US, Latin American European components.

- Role: Brought in as replacement GL Lead duties included the architecting of the Legal Entity structures, Ledger Structures and reporting requirements to enable General Motors to report consolidated financial results. This architecture includes both Primary Reporting Ledgers along with several country-specific Secondary Ledgers with Local Charts of Accounts . In addition, I was hands-on with configurations, testing, script product, BR100's/CS30's and executed CRP's and directed UAT's. I configured the Revaluation, Translation, Consolidation Eliminations processes for GM's US, European Latin American entities.

- Project Summary: Iron Mountain is a storage and information management company, assisting more than 156,000 organizations in 32 countries on five continents with storing, protecting and managing their information. Iron Mountain has undertaken an Oracle R12 implementation from its previous global 11i versioning as a major component in its strategy and approach for converting to and qualifying for REIT status.

- Role: As a member of the R2R team, I primarily focused on GL Activities for the Iron Mountain R12 implementation. - Project Summary: Online Resources powers financial interactions between millions of consumers and the company's financial institution and biller clients. Backed by its proprietary real-time payments gateway that links banks directly with billers, the company provides web and phone-based financial services, electronic payments and marketing services to drive consumer adoption. As a result of expansion into APAC countries, Online Resources needed to integrate new acquisitions into existing R12 environment.

- Role: I was engaged to integrate APAC company acquisitions in India and Mauritius into the existing Oracle R12 footprint at Online Resources. Until then, only US entities were in play: I recommended necessary Ledger and Organizational structures to permit the execution of business transactions and reporting for the new entity structure. Performed all setups/configurations for India FA Block of Assets AP TDS Localizations India EBTax AR Primary, Reporting Secondary Ledgers AGIS GL Revaluations, Translations, Consolidations FSG's Cash Management and PO. Activities included all Unit Testing, UAT, and the delivery of all BR100's. Designed and documented go-live strategy as well as supplier conversions.

- Project Summary: Quest Software, with some 1 billion in annual revenues and presence in 60 offices in 23 countries worldwide, creates and delivers award-winning software related to Windows, database and applications for a physical, virtual or cloud environment. The creator of TOAD , Quest rolled-out its R12 footprint to EMEA and APAC countries.

- Role: Served as APAC Finance Lead for the Quest EBS R12 roll-out to China, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore. Defined implementation requirements for each APAC country including analysis of Oracle Globalizations, Localizations and country-specific Consulting/Add-on's. Deliverables included BP80's and initial BR100's by country. Led CRP's 1, 2 3 and UAT. Prepared final BR100's by country-by module GL, FA AGIS including Localizations for final PROD Setups.
