Working on the Confidential project funded through NSF grant Duties include programs / custom tool development for linking school attendance boundary data with demographics and the common core of data from department of education contains information about schools and enrollment , programmatically creating grade specific school attendance boundaries. Website development for tracking data collection effort and to facilitate an online web digitizing system for school attendance boundary collection. GIS analysis of sabins data, writing manuals and technical documentation. Collaborating with GIS technicians and students working on the project. Also Adjunct Faculty - College of William and Mary, during Jan 2012 May 2012 Taught Introduction to GIS Programming, an undergraduate / graduate course using Python.

Developed school concurrency checker application VB.Net, and ArcGIS 9.2 for use by school boards, in order to assess capacity of local schools to absorb impacts posed by new developments in the area.
Worked on maintenance and modification of the ETDM application Efficient transportation decision making application for FDOT at the Geoplan center VB, ArcSDE, Oracle . This application involves programmatic analysis of over 100 spatial datasets, and execution of complex spatial queries and report generation.
