  • Assigned as a Veritas NetBackup engineer for Sterling Commerce from 3/2007 to 11/2007. Primary task was installing, testing and migrating 600 new production and 300 new test servers from legacy master servers in existing data center to new master servers in new data center. Operating systems for the clients were HP, Solaris, Windows, and AIX.
  • Assigned as a Veritas NetBackup engineer for UNISYS from 1/2007 to 03/2007. Primary tasks were setting up NAS backups, migrating Legato clients onto NetBackup masters, creating SAN media servers, and assisting in new NetBackup buildouts.
  • Assigned as a Veritas NetBackup implementation engineer at JPMorgan Chase from 1/2005 to 1/2007. Successfully completed 38 separate projects consisting of installing and testing NetBackup software on new Windows, Linux, and Solaris servers. This included both client and SAN media server SSO configurations with SAN attached 9940B tape drives. Also assisted the production backup team with high level troubleshooting in the NetBackup environments when requested.
