10 years as a software tester with experience in leading large test teams across multiple geographies onshore/offshore. Excellent knowledge of the software development and testing life cycle SDLC and industry testing best practices. Excellent test administration skills as well as excellent communication skills.
Sound business analysis skills as a secondary skill set. Able to gather business system/functional requirements and create business process flows, use cases, user stories. Excellent documentation, training and mentoring skills.

Software Quality and Verification: Experience in several aspects of software testing types and deliverables: black-box, system, regression, functional, integration, user acceptance, disaster recovery, test design, test execution, defect tracking and management, requirements definitions, refinement and verification, dynamic and static testing i.e., inspections, reviews, and walkthroughs.

Test Management: Experience in developing project plans planning and coordinating testing efforts, scheduling and conducting planning sessions impact and risk analysis reporting improvement of processes and procedures determining staffing requirements scheduling and tracking task assignments of team members to ensure team is on schedule and milestones met experience training and mentoring employees new to testing.

Business Analysis: Experience with requirements management to include: requirements gathering, organizing, documenting the system's required functionality and constraints evaluating changes to requirements and assessing their impact and tracking and documenting trade-offs and decisions.
