Responsible for 24/7 TSM, storage, RHEL, and virtual environment administrationof two primary data centersas well as supporting forty additional satellite locations spread across five countries.
As part of the Data Center Infrastructure team, duties included providing support to the ESX VMware environment, troubleshooting backup issues, providing server hardware support, supporting a storage environment that consisted primarily of Cisco FC switches and multiple types of storage technologies, disaster recovery, improving efficiency and data recoverability, as well as working with and providing support to otherinfrastructure teams to resolve problems and plan/implement projects.
