Team Lead for Support and Migration of the KANA contact center for Boeing This is a contact center solution for entire Boeing. This CCM software thru West customization allows agents to track and solve the tickets opened by Boeing employees, Boeing HR or Interactive Voice Recognition IVR . This systems covers from savings, retirement, former employee benefit, training, PTO to family leave etc. This software uses the Kana workflow engine to send the request to the right department and people. In addition to supporting the product, worked on the migration of the software from V8 to V10.4. As part of the rollout installed clustered WebSphere servers to web servers, migrated entire suite of the Kana CRM solution, migrated all custom West Software. Designed the 'Insight' product As an Architect designed the product to slice and dice the customer satisfaction survey data and graphically present thru the web interface for each clients as per metadata configuration of the client. Designed and developed the 'Fax Processor' As an Architect designed and developed the software to receive the TIF file of fax images from a web service and queue to the Visio faxing software. This system keeps track of the faxes using the Observer pattern and reports the status of the fax request.

Designed and developed the 'ShipTrack' to hit the SOAP web services of the carriers like UPS, FedEx with tracking numbers and various internal systems within West and send the data to interactive Voice Recognition IVR system, to be used by the IVR or client teams. Developed the 'PAM' Platform Analysis and Monitoring - This tool monitors the performance of the VXML platform with nearly thousand servers in real-time and near real-time using Java Swing, JNLP and RMI. This is a trend analysis tool which gathers data from a couple of server to nearly thousand servers in a multi-threaded way. The variety of data that was collected and stored in database can be charted using JFreeCharts and can be drilled from month, day, hour to minute.

Designed the 'Espec' Engineering specification and verification system Designed the system as the Architect and the software was developed off-shore in SPRING MVC with LDAP. This tool to be used from server admins to QA for defining the server upgrades.
