The VA Integrated Eligibility VA-IE project deals with the Obama Care. The targeted VaCMS Virginia Case Management System is a web centric software solution, which is useful for all the individuals in the state to determine their eligibility, and to get benefits against different programs offered by the Obama Care. It integrates various programs into a single, statewide, service delivery system for eligibility and benefit determination. VaCMS uses complex business rules grouped into functional categories and implemented via a rules engine. The VaCMS system is currently used to the Child Care program and Medical Assistance. SNAP, TANF, Cooling, Crisis, and Fuel Assistance project is going on.
