• Summary: Massport Airport Authority engaged Electronic Data, Inc. to introduce Maximo Asset Management at the airport. This included the implementation of Mobile Work Management utilizing the Syclo mobile product.
• Responsibility: Key deliverables related to this project were the establishment of Location Hierarchies and the implementation of Asset Onboarding, Asset change, and Asset Retirement workflows. Asset walk downs were performed and location hierarchies loaded through a series of spreadsheets prior to Go Live. Maintenance planners were trained on the flow of work from Job Plans and Work Management through the recording of work using mobile devices.
