Roles and Responsibilities:
- Post Upgrade support in ESS/MSS and Integration pieces with Taleo, Ceridian and Tower Watson Benefit system.
- Prudential is trying to implement modulus checking on the bank account information of employees for which they bought Bank Wizard. I am the single person to map this requirement to various online modules and interfaces in the system so that Prudential can comply to UK bank standards
- EMuster project for Prudential Mumbai support. This bolt on time management functionality was specifically designed to accommodate holiday schedules of different departments and is integrated with PeopleSoft absence management. I was involved in Technical mapping, design, development, testing and deployment.

HSBC GLT takes care for all IT requirements of Confidential including Confidential have PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 8.48 tools Implemented with Global Suite. GHRS Development and Support is a team of around 50 associates to handle different implementations requirements raised and then to provide high level technical support afterwards.

- 9.1 Upgrade post upgrade support: Handling CRM, ESS/MSS and Security administration issues.
- HSBC bought global solutions for Resourcing-recruitment process from Taleo. We worked on the PeopleSoft Taleo integration to send all the position and Organization related data to Taleo system and all the hired candidate data to bring back to PeopleSoft. We use SAP BI Webi to pull out the Regional and Global reports.
- GHRS EVERGREENING Upgrade : PeopleSoft act as a backbone in HSBC HR service systems. We have all the major Modules in PeopleSoft like ESS/MSS, Performance Management, Compensation, NA/UK Payroll etc live. The system is on 8.47 Tools and 8.9 Application Version. Evergreening of the GHRS System involves the upgrade of Database, Middleware, tools and application of the HR System on PeopleSoft. I was involved in impact analysis as a single resource and then lead a team of 5 people to prepare a technical road map of dealing with the upgrade and meanwhile keeping system up and running. App Messaging, Workflow, Worker 360 and many other processes are severely impacted and the patch up work is in progress.
- Group Rewards System: HSBC Bought Spiralinks for addressing the need of Global Rewards System. Though PeopleSoft act as a single repository and the backbone of HSBC HR services, we integrated Spiralinks with GHRS PeopleSoft system. I headed a team of 4 resources for 10 functional specs. We created 5 App engines, 2 file layouts, 6 new online components and pages and integrated them with PS Variable compensation Module.
- Acted as a key resource for HR Transformation Contact Center project, for both Phases I and Phase II. Phase I Includes the implementation of HR Helpdesk for 5 major languages across HSBC Group. It includes the configuration and also the coding to meet the fit gap of PS delivered Helpdesk Module. Was involved in fig gap analysis, functional spec design, tech spec design, coding, Unit testing and Development of PS queries for end-User reporting.
- Phase II was adding Bolt-On functionality in CRM 8.9, so that a manager and his Delegate can create cases 'On Behalf' of their employees. Developed POC, functional Spec, Tech spec, Page design for Delegate self Service, App Message to bring delegate info from HRMS to CRM.
