Confidential Practice Consultant (April 2012 - July 2012; part-time maternity cover) As the New Zealand representative for Confidential head office in Sydney, my objective is to engage with New Zealand practices in a way that opens them up to seeing possibilities for positive change within their practices.

I decided to take this part time role in order to allow me the time required to undertake my Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell and my Prosci Certifications in July this year.
