  • Novo Nordisk's One Stop Shop OSS System currently consists of Siebel 7.5.3 software running on Windows 2008 Server, Windows XP and Windows XP Tablets X200/210 PC Edition platforms. During the upgrade, the following technical functions will be performed: New Tablet PC model X220 will be introduced with the Windows 7 Operating System, IE 8, and Siebel version 8.1.1.7. On the existing Tablet PC models X200/201 with Windows XP Operating System and IE 6 only Siebel version will be upgraded from v7.5.3 to v8.1.1.7.   • Phase I: The purpose of this particular module was to isolate the Hawaiian customers that were sold to Carlyle and to allow Hawaiian Telecom to continue to do business and for which Hawaiian Telecom needed to have a separate logical instance of InfoPro in order to allow segregation of employee's to the Quoting Tool.
  • Phase II: The main purpose of this initiative was to assign Verizon data, voice, video maintenance, and vendor maintenance part numbers to all quotes in the InfoPro pricing and maintenance quoting modules.
  • Phase III: The purpose of this project development was to allow offshore NMA contractors to perform CPE Quoting and not providing access or view government accounts.
