- Duties are to manage, maintain, and support multiple Cisco SANs attached to EMC storage with Recover-Point replication between multiple data centers. Connect host systems to the SAN, allocate and configure disk space and all zoning within the Cisco MDS SAN fabric. Administer, allocate and assign 350TB of storage within multiple storage arrays, EMC XtremIO all flash array, 5 EMC VNX and 2 EMC NS-480 NAS. Perform daily management of over 500 servers comprised of Microsoft Server 2012, 2008, 2003, 2000, and Linux Servers with a user base of more than 2500 users. This is seamlessly done through the administration of Microsoft 2003 Active Directory and Novell eDirectory. Maintain DNS records and Domain Group Polocies.
- Maintain and administer Citrix XenApp 6.5 farm presently consisting of 40 servers with over 150 applications installed and published to end users. Configure and publish applications as necessary.
- Install and maintain virtual server environment. This is done through the daily administration of a VMware vShphere 5.1 cluster consisting of 32 host servers with 420 virtual servers hosted. Configure and administer HA and DRS services. Perform physical-to-virtual server migrations. Allocate and assign all storage DataStores. Install and configure all new ESXi servers as we grow our environment. Currently deploying HP Blade servers within C7000 Blade Chasis.
- Administer VMWare View virtual desktop environment, provision and compose desktop pools via VM View administrator console supported by multiple connection brokers and three virtual center servers. Current VDI environment consists of a total of 1200 Win 7 and Win XP desktops. Configure and provision XTremIO Flash storage array as well as all SAN zoning and Datastore builds.

- Market Director of Information Services. Promoted to Interim Director of I/S for all Columbia facilities located within the ALB Market prior to Baptist Health acquisition. Duties were to administer Information Systems at each facility and supervise and instruct all I/S staff. Coordinated migration between Health Systems to ensure seamless transitions between information systems, while continuing to provide administration for mission critical systems for each facility under my management.

- Telecommunications Manager. My other responsibilities were to solely manage and support Nortel Option 61C phone system. This required the installation of all extensions, DID trunks, Fax and data lines. Planned, scheduled, and implemented new dialing plan within facility while supervising the installation of a structured cabling system for both Data and Voice services. I also maintain and troubleshoot the phone switch itself as well as arrange all communications with each department internally or externally.

- The position, which I held, was the assistant to the Information Systems Manager. My primary duties were to perform technical support for users throughout the corporation located in numerous offices throughout the country. Responsible for maintaining 100 PC's, printers, and several Novell LAN's, running on an IBM Token Ring topology, and the software loaded on them. - Primary duties were to efficiently manage a Novell 3.11 network to ensure that all resources were being allocated properly. This was accomplished by effectively managing all user operations and accounts, as well as network printers, and to provide support for all hardware and software problems, which may be encountered while on the network. As well as to ensure proper connectivity to a HP/3000 system over the same Ethernet wiring system routed through multiple routers and repeaters via TCP/IP.
- Other responsibilities included the management of a 200 phone Mitel PBX phone system. My duties for this system were to install and relocate phones, assign extension numbers and to keep detail records of all phone transactions.
