Worked as the Commercial Engineering Project Manager for a non-government division of NMR located in Annapolis, Maryland. Primary job responsibility was developing the overall network design specifications based on NMR client requirements and managing the engineering team during the lifecycle of the project. Previously worked as a DoD contractor in Edgewood, Maryland providing engineering oversight for the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness Systems DOEHRS . Acted as a liaison between program office and Military Health Systems MTFs throughout the country. Managed an engineering team within DOEHRS that was responsible for an Oracle data repository and Business Intelligence application. • Received numerous DoD accreditations and awards for engineering support by both the DOEHRS project as well as the Army Medical Command.
• Acted as the DOEHRS liaison t multiple military treatment facilities. Travelled t datacenters throughout the United States setting up Oracle database environments and hearing conservation software. • Implemented the first QA team within DOEHRS primarily t detect source code flaws within the application. Built the Quicktest Pr infrastructure and assisted with the build out of the remote QA office in Edgewood.
• Worked as the infrastructure architect for five SCIF Secured Compartmental Information Facilities build outs. Each SCIF contained Top Secret information transmittal back t the NSA and other DoD entities. Currently certified in the secured construction of these facilities and was the only engineer within NMR certified for the build.
• Condensed the sil storage environment within our primary datacenter. Leveraged a combination of iSCSI and fiber based solutions t consolidate 15 disjoined storage areas int 4 centrally managed silos. The total consolidation cut overall support costs by 780,000 and allowed for data expansion t 2.2 petabytes of data.

Worked as a Systems Administrator and had direct oversight of the Network Operations Center. Constructed the overall Visionael ring topology maps for the fiber optic networks.
