| The client is a leading retailer based in Texas. Michaels uses Oracle HRMS to manage employee data ,salary and employee benefits for US and Canada employees. Many enhancements were required to support the current business. Aetna Interface was developed to enhance the employees to add/modify/remove the dependents in the enrollment plans during Open enrollment. Self Service Responsibility was assigned to both US and Canada employees. This responsibility had Tax forms which was not applicable for the Canadian employees. Hence the business requested for a new responsibility for Canadian employees with features as existing one except for the Tax forms.
