Network Engineer and Virtual System Administrator

I was responsible for administration of a 950 node network combining 136 virtua and 50 physica Microsoft and Linux servers and clusters and 18 Vmware ESXi hosts. I prepare Software selections and technology reviews for management. I initiated the move into virtualization technologies. I am the leader of project teams implementing workstation upgrade, network management, and Enterprise backup and disaster recovery. I have implemented, and currently administer Citrix Termina Services and VMWare Vsphere 5.5. I perform packet analysis. I have worked with Altiris Rapid Deployment systems for rapid provisioning of blade servers. I have used various tools for automated delivery of software to the desktop and profile management. I have created systems for data interface and process contro scripting and alerting. I am responsible for the creation of disaster recovery plans for 110 Windows/Inte servers and 4 Linux servers.
