The project was an upgrade of SAP ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 4, and SAP Portal 6.0 to 7.0. The functional scope included the HCM, FICO, SD and MM modules, and 13,000 portal end-users. The SAP upgrade was combined with a hardware migration of approximately 50 servers, a responsibility of the third party infrastructure host Verizon IT.
  • Program Manager for Carestream Rochester, NY , a company in the medical device industry, with overall responsibility for 4 projects, SAP ECC 6 upgrade, SAP BI upgrade, SAP BODS implementation, and SAP GRC implementation.
