- While working on a very short term contract project for DTF, I determined future security needs for DTF. Utilizing the NYS Department of Information Technology Services ITS Information Security Risk Management Standard, along with existing IRS requirements, and the Risk Management Framework RMF developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST I was able to develop a process that allowed DTF to determine the appropriate security policies and procedures for each of their 100 plus applications.
