Developed and implemented CICS web services for TransAmerica Worksite Marketing.

Integrated language translation software and methodology to provide complete translations to foreign customers of Walmart Corp. By coordinating existing elements of the translation process, more accurate translations were achieved satisfying the international customers.

Managed the transfer process of insurance policies purchased by AEGON from UICI. This project affected every system at UICI that kept policy data by company. All purchased policies had to have the company designation changed. This process was subject to various state regulatory requirements. Worked closely with UICI staff on steering committees, to ensure the success of the project.

Organized and managed the Quality Assurance Team for Boy Scouts of America. Developed QA procedures and methods for ScoutNet 2000 project.
