Provide customer satisfaction to ITS and the LOC Library of Congress user community in my role as Local Area Network Technician on the ITS Help Desk Task Order. This means moves, adds and changes of Data, Voice, and Fiber Optics cabling and equipment. Also worked closely with Network Engineers in the Data Center on a daily basis providing support installing and patching updated fiber and copper using a cut sheet. .
