FileNet consultant for Image Services/AIX, hardware/software upgrade from IS 4.1.2 to 4.2, NLS to ISDS configuration, migration of documents to compliance Centera.
Spearheaded FileNet controlled Oracle migration to site controlled Oracle, wrote step by step detailed implementation plan, worked with DBAs, Unix SA's to bring project to a successful completion.
Developed a reusable C application utilizing OpenText Content Server SDK toolkit that maps data from OpenText to FileNet, migrating 30 million documents meeting the business commitment. Migrated documents meta data from FileNet IS repository in to Documentum that included custom PDF conversion and extensive annotation processing.
Developed a .Net windows service to perform disposition sweep for closed documents to meet SEC Retention compliance. The vendor application failed to run against the large repository. After several months of working with IBM and DBA's, the initiative was taken to create a simple utility that identified content ready for disposition delete and not on legal hold. This brought the company back into compliance.
Datacap 8.1 install, setup and configuration for Document Classification, Recognition, Verification and configuring FileNet action library for release in to FileNet repository.
