Confidential is dc government Online Application that helps DC Residents to apply for DC Higher Education Grant Programs DCTAG, DCLEAP and DC Adoption.The DC OneApp system contains 3 modules, the Confidential online application for students OAS , the Institutional Management System IMS , and the SEO Application Intake system. The entire system is designed to simplify and enhance the application intake process from student entry online, front desk log-in for walk-ins, or mail-in application through Invoice submission by colleges and payment by disbursement analysts.

The application is used by the Risk Group to support the selling partners of American Express, to review TC claims, to keep track of all fraud captures by sellers and the reward amounts given to them, to automate Work Flow Management, to manage Collections, to track discontinued seller's, products discontinued by sellers, travel office and retail accounts credit and debit information and to monitor and track the unacknowledged Trust Receipts. Risk portal involves the integration of applications like TCRA, SMART, Confidential in .NET technology. Also it involves building of new applications like DMS, CMS etc. Responsibilities:
Confidential has a huge infrastructure with many buildings spread over a vast area. Just like the house owner or the building owner has to take care of reducing the risk of fire to avoid loss of life, SBC has a program to reduce the risk of fire in its buildings. This program involves inspectors going to buildings, inspecting them and preparing inspection reports with recommendations to reduce the risk of fire. An application was required to help administrators schedule the inspections of buildings as well as effectively follow up on the recommendations made in these inspections email notifications help in achieving the latter . Proper scheduling of inspection for all the buildings need to be taken care of as they lay the groundwork of installing/servicing/repairing of the fire safety devices as well as other equipment. These inspections also ensure checks of compliance to fire safety norms. One of the significant goals achieved by this is avoiding the risk of loss due to fire. Confidential is an application which helps administrators manage the entire scheduling of inspection, of the buildings that SBC owns and has leased.
