Guide project involves weekly data extraction from VDW and facilitates interactive reporting to higher management of Toyota. Guides subsystem is responsible for defining the production constraints in TOMS Toyota Order Management System system for validating and generating the production orders. Guides constraints are also used in forecasting the appropriate Vehicle configuration volumes manually using calculator or by using Optimization. It involves optimizing the long running, inefficient Informatica mappings in daily load and also optimizing data extraction from source by removing false dependency.
