Summary

Ever since my first job in high school, my focus has been on serving my customers. I have a knack for analyzing the pain points of customers such as policy confusion, training gaps, or scarce information and developing new and innovative solutions for them.   • Working in a business environment, I evaluate, plan, and design all procurement-related learning resources available to our learners using holistic Systems Thinking. Topics include policies, procedures, and technical tasks. Formats include online courses, step-by-step guides, visual guides, videos, and in-person sessions that I create using a variety of tools predominately Captivate, Word, PowerPoint, and UPK OnDemand . My learning audience is varied, from vice presidents and chancellors to faculty and staff. I also create and maintain forms that facilitate internal procurement and finance requests and approvals. Microsoft Excel is my main form design tool, although I am gradually transitioning into Adobe LiveCycle.
  • I managed the Finance Procurement Help Desk team. This included hiring and training additional staff, performance evaluations and feedback, creating and implementing service level agreements, and enhancing our customers' experience.
