I have successfully completed management of two contracts, on time and under budget, providing information technology support products to Dahlgren Division organizations. These Programs included the design and implementation planning of a classified Metropolitan Area Network. This network was designed to provide classified information distribution throughout a geographically distributed base of over 50 square miles. • My career has involved significant highlights of which I am particularly proud. Listed below are several:

1. I performed initial design and trade off studies for the Uhio replacement program and Zumwalt class next generation destroyer command, control, communications and intelligence systems to assess integration, intelligence utilization, security and throughput issues. Through detailed design requirements analysis I identified numerous design issues and deficiencies. I developed recommendations for engineering solutions and conducted resolution liaison with senior government and industry decision making personnel involved in initial system development. I coordinated intelligence data flow integration assessments between on board and off board sensors and communication systems and engineering coordination between the respective management organizations.
