Administrative Support/Human Resources Management

Serve as NIJ's Administrative Officer AO . Work in partnership with HR/OA Office of Administration and NIJ staff to expertly and expeditiously fill position vacancies, including position description development and review. Prepare paperwork to initiate recruitment actions. Review AVUE recruitment actions for accuracy and efficiency. Manage the in-processing and out-processing of NIJ employees, on-site contract staff, detailees, IPAs, and interns. Process requests for DOJ credentials and security clearances.
