The key role of CSCC CISCO Service Contract Centre Project is QUOTING INFORMATION. The existing system is having only one source which is CIBER. Now the new quoting information is coming from C3. So, the new quoting will come from C3 and old Quoting will remain from CIBER. The main purpose of the CSCC project is to deliver a user-friendly, intuitive web site to External and Internal Users to quickly and easily add equipment, resolve errors, and create and modify an orderable quote without the need of assistance from Cisco personnel. In old system, one quote is having only one contract types, where as in new system one quote can have multiple contract types.
