Catholic Health Services is a Health Care Management company managing 6 Hospitals and their respective services including but not limited to Nursing Homes, Home Care, Hospice, and Physical Therapy. I work as part of a Group of 20 People broken down into 4 Teams Ancillary, Clinical, Financial, and Infrastructure . We maintain and manage over 1000 Windows servers running a mix of Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012. Health Diagnostics owns and operates MRI and Radiology clinics in NY and FL. The company started in 2007 and I joined them in 2008. When I came aboard there was an existing WAN network built on 56K Frame Relay connecting 9 NY clinics and 4 Florida clinics to the Melville HQ office. There were companies in NJ and Florida that became HD by acquisition and were running their own Hardware/Software infrastructures. I played an integral role in switching over to an AT T Managed MPLS solution from the 56K frame relay, built the Datacenter from the ground up, Installed and configured all Corporate office Core and Closet switches consisting of Cisco 6509 Core 3560 Closet and 2950 switches at the remote sites switches. The company had two stand alone Workgroups servers when I started. I implemented Microsoft Active Directory with two Domain Controllers at the corporate office and DC's at the Main Office locations in NJ and Florida. I built and configured all the corporate servers for Billing, Accounting, PACS, Web services, MSSQL, and Exchange 2007 for corporate Email. Then managed a team of engineers to configure and deploy and migrate the corporate email from hosted Exchange to our in-house implementation.
