  • The Epic build teams were located in Confidential My team consisted of 6 build staff and 2 trainers. We were responsible for build, test, training, and support of Epic's Coding Abstracting, ROI, Chart Tracking, and Deficiency Tracking modules. When I left, they were live with 4 hospitals, 3 in VA and 1 in NC, and were on a tight timeline to go-live with the remaining 10 facilities over the next few years. Some of the prep for the various go-lives was done concurrently. The majority of my time at Bon Secours was managerial in nature, so my team did much of the build. We designed and built from an enterprise perspective so the footprint would be similar in all 14 facilities.
