  • Neuromodulation Division Organization to be merged with USD
  • Go to market as single SJM organization.
  • Create a single SJM based selling organization.

  • Development and Rollout of SFA III Application:
  • Worked with IBM consultants to ensure that SFA III was rolled out to all the Sales Reps in USD.
  • Analysis provided on how much data was being loaded daily and how can it be reduced so that the processes do not take a long time to execute
  • Worked on the pricing development to ensure correct and lastest pricing is available in WB.
