One of the main activities of this project\'s implementation is to design and build a Data Pre-Processing Layer which is responsible for processing PC/NGM data that is sourced from WCS led countries. This data is extracted as part of the existing extracts of data from WCS source systems, and is included in the data files that are received by the WCS Basel 2 Platform, processed by SAFEGATE, and pass through DTL prior to being loaded to the WCS instance of Fermat. Where Data Integration has identified PC/NGM specific defaults and validation rules for PC/NGM data, these are performed by DTL on the basis of the SBU code on each source record. This data is loaded to the WCS instance of Fermat, RWA calculation performed and the calculation results extracted to the WBRR along with WCS data.
