• Developed integration solutions for distribution of pricing data in TIBCO and Informatica, as well as price corrections for Telekurs Realtime.
• Facilitated effective and flexible development of in-house client/server APIs for:
• Ticker/exchange conversion, data dictionaries, Telekurs float to string/float to double, stream parsers, memory management, TCP/IP socket connectivity and processing signals.
• Leveraged existing technology in development of client/server solution with Sun platform server side and clients on VM, MVS, Windows and Sun. Led team building client, server and data dictionaries to mimic Telekurs.
• Successfully migrated Compustat database from MVS to Sun Oracle by first learning Oracle and then creating loaders and Access routines for all clients, completed in only 4 months’ time.
• Performed conversion of all internal databases, including the Compustat database, to SunGard Tradeline by learning SunGard Tradeline HPI in Solaris. Maintained MVS Tradeline system.
