Through a 3rd Party contract, I was asked to take the Project Management position as an Interim Manager providing, a full scope of GIS solutions to a small firm in Houston with a team in Columbia. I used and maintained communications through a multi user soft server and tasked out the daily operations, edited works for Q/A & Q/C, spatial accuracy, along with office management, intern training, clients relations, and GIS software support to the team members that were working on this particular project in office, or remote, while maintaining Government required submittals and paperwork.
