Through a 3rd Party contract, I was asked to take the Project Management position as an Interim Manager providing, a full scope of GIS solutions to a small firm in Houston with a team in Columbia. I used and maintained communications through a multi user soft server and tasked out the daily operations, edited works for Q/A & Q/C, spatial accuracy, along with office management, intern training, clients relations, and GIS software support to the team members that were working on this particular project in office, or remote, while maintaining Government required submittals and paperwork.

This projects scope was for, providing GIS support for a Natural Gas pipeline corporation and the integrity department of midstream flow. Pipeline projects takes dedication and advanced knowledge of Linear Referencing Systems, 3D analyst, HCA’s, PODS, MAOP, pipeline integrity, and knowledge of Railroad submittals, ISO and FGDC standards. There are many areas and colleagues/clients associated in one pipeline project, extensive knowledge of ESRI/Arc GIS systems, staying organized to complete multiple tasks, focusing on accuracy, and producing the deliverable on time, while keeping records updated and within regulations to not disturb production.
