Experience with Projects
IPW Integrated Project Work
In this project I had to detect an obstacle in a specific room given ten overhead calibrated
cameras and then finding the exact location of that obstacle into real 3d world frame
Considering 2d image obtained. And then plotting that obstacle location on the plus
sending the information of the obstacle to the next group who plan the path of the Nao
Robot considering that Object. (5 months)
Masters Thesis
Real Time Interaction with 3d Virtual World
First phase was to simulate multi agents, (to control them), one character is Keyboard
controlled (W, A, S, D) and all other agents are made to walk on the autonomous
behavior. They have a position list and they walk on the given positions. Keyboard
controlled agent is later replaced with sensor information. Sensors are attached with real
human, and these sensors record directional changes and walking movements of real
humans and convey it to the AVATAR of human which mimics real human using that
information from sensors.
Second Phase Creating a 3D virtual environment in which these agents move around
autonomously on given position list.
Third Phase Projecting developed game into cube room CAVE and interact with the
agents. A real human being will interact with agents and virtual world through his
AVATAR and they behave according to his presence. (6 months)
