As Project Payment Officer and Manager I procured services from contractors in order to contribute to the reconstruction of a given governments infrastructure per nominated projects. One of the tasks assigned to me was to perform Quality Assurance vetting of how CERP Commanders Emergency Response Project funds could be used in a given area of operation. Each contractor's proposal was also vetted according to compliance rules. I participated in Internal Audits which were conducted to ensure that these projects were funded correctly as well as managed according to the contracts signed and CERP policy. The implementation of these projects improved the government's ability to govern and provide services to its populous.
