- Design and implementation of ITNM network device discovery and customized views for 6000 nodes across fifteen sites. 1 TBs of discovered CI data for a global telecom firm. Created custom scripts to automate extracting discovered data external systems.

Assisted management to recruit for and establish a Microsoft/IBM Tivoli Collaboration Team. Provided consulting services on Microsoft infrastructure, primarily focused on Exchange, Active Directory and ITNM.
- Designed Exchange 2003 to 2010 migration and consolidation of 1500 mailboxes and 10TBs of data for a government agency with locations in three states to a single consolidated datacenter.
