Job responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for managing Infosys Quincy and Plano location datacenter to support L3 operations as well as managing 15 remote spoke locations in NorthAmerica, South America.
  • Product validation and solutions, budgeting.
  • Managing voice infrastructure for North America, South America.
  • Single point of contact for managing Infosys Quincy and Plano hub location audits scheduled, either it is an internal or an external ISO 27001, Information security management systems ISMS audit.
  • Single point of contact for setting up and troubleshooting Infosys customer connectivity's offered from Quincy location.
  • Implement LAN/WAN policies and standards which ensures adherence to security procedures
  • Configuring/troubleshooting BGP Multi homing environment for internet connectivity.
  • Configuring/troubleshooting/upgrading cisco 7200 VXR, ASR series routers as per corporate guidelines.
