Position Entails:

Responsible for organizing, filing, and retrieving accounts regarding patients upon a physician’s request. Also the job of reviewing charts for accuracy and completeness. Main responsibility to maintain patients’ confidentiality while dealing with charts daily. The scanning of patients’ information so it is easily accessed by doctors is also a part of the job. Taking appointment calls and scheduling them according to the doctors preferred schedule.
Proficient in front desk management for a community Emergency Room where I handle patient registration, routed necessary physician orders, and when time allows transcribe for the Occupational Therapy department.
