Exclusively contracted to CH2MHill tasked with creating, designing, and the continuous update of maps and diagrams for the Program Delivery Plan PDP maintained in support of the federally mandated Sanitary Sewer Overflow SSO Program for the City of Baton Rouge. The PDP for the City's SSO Program supported over 94 projects with an estimated program budget of 1.4 billion. Support and maintenance responsibilities included creating digital GIS data, on - screen digitizing editing GIS spatial data and attribute tables manipulating layer symbology to create readable maps using graphic and cartographic skills locating and analyzing existing spatial data including coordinates, datums and projections. Produced and maintained SSO Program maps and diagrams that were also used in conjunction with an online website allowing the public to match home addresses with scheduled SSO construction project . Created maps and diagrams specifically for use by Mayor Kip Holden's office, Council District members, Civic Associations, CH2MHill Project Managers, consultants, and field technicians. Reviewed project files to update GIS data and diagrams to reflect as-built conditions as projects were completed. In addition to GIS Technician responsibilities in support of the City's SSO Program, also tasked with creating and managing data as well as producing maps and diagrams for projects under the Baton Rouge Green Light transportation program.
