- Using Proc SQL Pass-Thru, queried Teradata tables for potential on-line fraud transactions and determined current Fraud trends and identified fraud cases

- Wrote SAS programs against clinical data for the purpose of generating Patient Centered Medical Home PCMH Dashboard reports for use by senior management and outside clients

Worked on SAS/SQL code related projects and Ad-Hoc reports that supported departments throughout the enterprise. Data were obtained from a variety of sources, including Data Warehouse including claims, membership and revenue, and pharmacy data marts located in Oracle tables . I performed different types of analysis on it, including time series testing and regression analysis. This also included assisting UAT testers to help run their legacy programs/reports against the new Universes in BOXI MaintainedBusiness Intelligence's BI portion of the HP Service Manager internal ticket tracking request project system.Wrote SAS reports that captureddata from the HP Service Manager system, then I used this data for Time Series Forecasting and wrote reports on my analysis of the data that included current trends and forecasting. Senior Consulting Data Analyst
Worked as lead on major Pharmacy data project. Extracted and analyzed data and reported on cost outliers on Pharmacy prescriptions that numbered in the millions of records. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Zip code Residence Area Master ZRAM system. ZRAM consists of north and south mainframe format libraries, VSAM files, and the CAZM file. CAZM is an Excel file that uses the same source file as ZRAM, and maps every California Zip code to a facility member residence area. I also wrote detailed documentation on this system as well. Write SAS including PROC SQL code to generate membership, utilization and financial monthly production reports and data sets. Create utilization and membership ad-hoc reports by writing SAS programs that extract selected data from DB2 table views, flat files, and SAS data sets. SQL code is also written using the QMF Mainframe Utility for extracting selected data from DB2 table views as well.
