Monitoring of Production ESX servers using BMC Remedy Action Request System and HP open view for alerts and taking corrective actions.
Providing ESX administrative support to 5 different virtual center’s of different clients.
Supporting and managing more than 100 ESX servers and more than 3000 virtual machines.
Deployment of new virtual machines and servers with provisioning request and change management.
Performing P2V, V2V using VMware converter.
ESX 4 U2 installation using HP RDP deployment console.
Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability, SLA Management.
Install manage-troubleshoot ESX hosts, Server Performance, Upgrades, Firmware upgrades and ILO updates, Scheduled Patching of Critical and non-critical updates.
