Overview

As a DMS consultant for more than 17 years, I am looking for new technical challenging opportunities. My background, my knowledge of Livelink and its many modules Record Management, Directory Services, Live Reports, Web Reports, CAD Manager, Object Importer, E-sign, Workflow, etc. make me a known Livelink specialist. Recently, I set up two Livelink installations with multiple frontend Servers with Load balancing and with multiple backend servers Searching and Indexing services at Canadian Space Agency winning of two Opentext awards in 2010 and Qu bec Public Curator. I was also the lead Livelink consultant on a project for integrating Livelink with a core business application with the Livelink's Web Services.
I am involved in projects as a Business Analyst to gather user requirements Taxonomy, Data model, Security model, Retention specifications, etc. , as a technical architect to define required modules and technical specifications and as a Livelink specialist for the software installation, configuration, administration and reporting. I also perform administrator training, users training and Livelink support.

At Canada Economic Development, I setup the basic architecture for RSI's and Disposition Searches Record Management . I also create some WebReports to facilitate the process of disposition approval.
Previously, I upgrade Livelink 9.7.1 for Content Server 10 at Syndicat de la fonction publique du Qu bec. I also set up the basic architecture for the whole system and implemented Opentext Content Server in two departments.

As a Livelink specialist, I am mainly involved in consulting for best practices in Livelink Implementations technical support on Livelink system Livelink Architecture improvements Livelink upgrades and super users training. I design and implement two multi Livelink servers' sites to face scalability and redundancy.

Mainly, I lead a Livelink implementation in a young pharmaceutical company Labopharm in its research and regulatory affairs department. This project should meet the FDA's requirements FDA 21CFR part 11 . In a short time frame, we had to document the system and write the procedures required to validate the system: CMS Validation Plan, User Requirements, Functional Specifications, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Standard Operating Procedures and user guides. I also trained users and supported the system after rollout.
This client continues to use my services after I switch for DMR Conseil.
I also support others client mainly Qu bec Police Department on Livelink system and upgrades.

Ordiplan was based in Qu bec city with 5 employees. Its main activities were oriented around consulting and training on AutoCAD software CAD drawing software . The company then turned on consulting and implementing DMS system and became well known and revealed with big consulting firms. Opening an Office in Montr al and later in Ottawa, Ordiplan expands with more than 60 employees in 2000.
