Role/Responsibility: Senior Software Engineer

• Provide support as needed for all Live (Production) applications.
• Provide support on technical issues as required in testing phases.
• Create new/amended Datastage jobs into Production and other systems.
• Provide answers to technical/functional queries raised by clients/sites.
• Monitor jobs, troubleshooting and providing on-call support on aborted jobs or other issues faced, during the production cycle.

Project Details:

The GLEAM project has the overall objective of allowing Group Credit and Risk (GHQ CRF) to manage more effectively the Group’s credit risk appetite and to support Group Finance (GHQ FIN) with regulatory reporting, in particular to meet the requirements of the Basel 2 Accord. GLEAM GCDM PSS (Production Support System) is the team, which supports all the modules/projects that have gone live on the production system.

Project Details:

The Mortgage Data Warehouse project extracts data for all customers for Household (which is taken over by HSBC) who come under Mortgage loans for HSBC and calculates who have turned delinquent. It gathers all such information and submits it to business in terms of Reports. Team created the jobs for the project and also supports all the modules/projects that have gone live on the production system.
