- Contracting to Sling Broadband as interim Wireless Operations Director. My duties consisted of a complete forklift of all analog and electronic voice equipment and pbx. Conversion to VoIP cluster in the cloud with PRI endpoints in all NFL Cities. Switch from unlicensed 802.11AB to FCC licensed frequencies, WiMax and WiFi RF design, proper antenna selection and engineering, training technicians, streamlining processes and procedures, implementation and installation methodologies, disaster recovery, back-bone upgrade licensed , set up service and support environment.
- Continued consulting, engineering, and support to wireless radio manufacturers, national and international WISP's, Carriers, and Last Mile providers and law enforcement, as well as private security which show the need to access and share this vital new flow of data and images is driving investments in a new kind of network: broadband wireless mesh networks using Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and 4.9 GHz public safety radio frequencies. These networks are metropolitan or regional in scope, can maintain connections with highly mobile workers, deliver large amounts of low-cost bandwidth with extremely high reliability, and support real-time video, voice and data.
- Under contract in Maine The contract was integrating a disparate Nortel, Cisco, and Avaya environment across WAN MPLS, PRI, and Internet VPN with AVST Call Express E-6000 192 port R3 Server. This was a VXML integration with the website portals for the insurance companies. Second phase was the decommissioning of the proprietary disparate VMail systems. Introduced PtP wireless technology in campus environment. This project was under contract, however the end client was Unum Provident Insurance Company in Main and offices in Boston, California, Tennessee, and South Carolina. This project was specifically to integrate the disparate voice and data communications of three different Insurance companies after acquisitions and mergers. The main voice focus was to redefined the call center operations by streamlining IVR and web interfaces with cradle-to-grave monitoring of the call. This was achieved with a Cisco IPCC and Call Manager at the integration core.

I was responsible for the coordination and completion of wireless construction projects. I oversee all aspects of the project. - I was the senior project manager responsible for North Florida Broadband Authority NFBA , and Florida Rural Broadband Alliance FRBA middle mile network deployments. These projects are Federal funded NTIA, state of the art flattened topology EPS ring networks built on licensed microwave and long haul optics.From the communications perspective it also serves as a public safety network to be used by emergency services organizations, such as police, fire and emergency medical services, to prevent or respond to incidents that harm or endanger persons or property. The projects combined are in excess of 60 million dollars. The projects are ahead of all other NTIA BTOP projects, and under budget based on performance, excellence, and fast-track. Utilizing Six-Sigma, ISO, and D.O.D. methodologies, Rapid Systems has afforded me the opportunity to be successful.
