Overall responsibility for the IT strategy and operations of a 24/7 $385MM state agency, supporting 5,000 employees in 110 offices throughout the state including law enforcement. Member of the department’s executive team.

• Defined strategy to streamline operations and increase financial transparency while improving IT infrastructure efficiencies, and consolidating multiple systems into standardized platforms.
