• I was involved in 3 projects for BOA. Breach is an application where if the loan is delinquent, the system needs to send breach of notice letter based on a set of rules and reverse the letter if it has been paid. ISeries will send the loans to JRules via MQ and WebService.
• Compliance Letter Rewrite Solution is to improve agility in managing compliance letter rules and letter content through implementation of rules in a rule engine ILOG JRules As part of this implementation we are migrating rules for 23 letters from a legacy system LME Loss Mitigation Evaluator to ILOG JRules

• I was involved in developing two applications. The application involved streamlining the Promotional Offer Approval process to achieve seamless flow from CMT offshore to Marketing Manager. Managing the details received from users who created the Promotional offer was a high volume, which requires approvals but there is no proper tracking process. IBM BPM based solution was provided to the client which helped to manage the process using SLA based approvals.
• Another application, the requestor can raise a SPECS request along with the process and problem details. Once the resolver closes the request, the requestor will provide his feedback or reopen the request. Admin can give the process and problem details via human service to trigger an instance using start message event.
