Groundbreaking position the town's infrastructure was previously outsourced. Responsibilities include entire infrastructure, security, websites and maintenance of the town, fire department, police, Public Works, and library networks. Policies and procedures for computer use were implemented where none existed. New website built in first 90 days. Entire infrastructure at firehouse and Town Hall revamped and upgraded to Windows 7 Professional and Server 2012. Onsite backup systems installed. Police station's Watchguard video systems configured. VPN problems that had been plaguing the town's emergency services for over a year were fixed. Entire infrastructure mapped, recorded, and a manual created no information with the exception of user names, passwords, and IP addresses was previously available. Moved the town's main database to a new server and upgraded to run on SQL Server. Due to sensitive nature of local government, police and fire data files, a background check was initiated and passed before hire.

IT Director and ISO for Rocky Mountain Communications, a subsidiary of Rocky Mountain Oilfield. Responsible for disaster recovery, maintenance of the overall network wired and wireless , security, 100 user Kerio VoIP and email system, and Dell SAN storage units. Cambium Motorola radio configuration and documentation for Oilfield customers. SAP manager and trainer. Created policies and procedures for standardization and security of systems. Company deals with communications for various oil companies covering Wyoming, Colorado and the Dakotas.

Groundbreaking position ISO and Privacy Officer for 1200 personnel, 250 bed, Level 2 trauma center for the city of Casper. Member of state HIE Board for HIPAA and HITECH security consulting.
