PTF was used to move data from/to the SAP computer to/from the AS400 IFS. Copy from/to Import File was used to move data from the IFS to/from an AS400 physical file. The process is monitored and controlled from an interactive process and the AS400 Scheduler is used to submit and stop the Export and Import jobs at appropriate times daily. The interactive Control Center 1.allows definition of AS400 operating libraries and other values, SAP site paths import and export , IFS paths inbound and outbound 2.a Dashboard shows current import/export job status, current Log Numbers and AS400 operation values.

• For four months I assisted working closely with IT people with implementation of a Special Order Men's Suits system this system was unfortunately not tested, so the problems came one on top of another. The good news is that I was able to be an asset, learning the system as needed, learning the physical facility and meeting and helping the employees through some tough times, and making and testing program changes. • The last month I worked on a new system when not taking care of small problems the Weekly Order Volume Report. Using RPG4 Date handling has made the many date manipulations a fun job instead of a chore. The process uses two 26 week seasons and has two Function key processes which enable User to Roll forward and backward through the years this was necessary to limit the User responsibility.
