  • Co-leader of installation for an automated warehousing system (the Dallas System) into a national warehouse network including more than 35 distribution centers. This included managing implementation teams of over 25 employees including warehouse management staff, business analysts, and a technical staff.
  • Made sure that all distribution centers had one common way of doing business by evaluating and proposing “best practices”.
  • Played a key role in a corporate management decision to build two new distribution centers by leading dramatic operations improvements to the existing centers that economically justified the additional capital expense.
